A NEW CRUISER. By Cable—jPr«s Awotktion—Copyright. Received 21, 12.5 a.m. London, May 20. The Songo, a .lapanese cruiser-battle-ship, has been launched at Barrow. She is 27,500 tons burden, with 70.000 horsepower capacity, and carries 14-inch guns. It is expected that she will develop a speed of 28 knots.
