AUCKLAND SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Saturday. In the Supreme Court, Judge Edwards sentenced Tod McCulloy to six months' imprisonment for cargo pillaging; Richard Waring to 18 months' imprisonment on three charges of cargo pillaging, sentences to be concurrent; Edward Sutherland and Jno. Wm. Lee, for breaking and entering and theft at Taumarumii, one year's imprisonment on each charge, sentence to be concurrent; James Cronin, for breaking and entering and theft, three years' imprisonment, and declared an habitual criminal; W. Black, for forgery and uttering, two charges, eighteen months' imprisonment on each charge, sentences to be concurrent; Robert Thomas, for receiving stolen property at Thames, three years' probation; James Brown, for breaking and entering and theft, one year's imprisonment; John Remiger, for assault with intent, five years' imprisonment; Thomas Hale, for theft at Gisborne, probation for tw.o years.
