Black, for forgery and uttering, two charges, eighteen months' imprisonment on each charge, sentences to be concurrent; Robert Thomas, for receiving stolen property at Thames, three years' probation; James Brown, for breaking and entering and theft, one year's imprisonment; John Remiger, for assault with intent, five years' imprisonment; Thomas Hale, for theft at Gisborne, probation for tw.o years.
