TEN HUSBANDS
AND ONLY OXE DEAD. Mrs. Jennie Schwoyer. 27 years old, wife of an Allentown (C.S.A.i iceman, is in gaol, charged with marrying ten husbands, and bring divorced from none. ! Hit first husband. Frank Miller, left her a widow at IS. Previous to her becoming .the wife of Edward Schwoyer, her present spouse, she had been married to John debris. but left him after a year. Her other husbands, she declares, were of no account, and not worth mentioning. She says Schwoyer's act ill prosecufiug her is a low-down piece of spile work, because she found it necessary some time ago to have him arrested for nou-sup-porl. The seven other husbands, as far as Alderman Bower and County Detective llachinan have been able to find out. were named Gowan, Myers, Barber, Williams. Stephens, Ilcnrv Xoll and Gott lieb Miller.
