BURGLARY
A NEW ZEALANDER CHARGED. By Cable-Press Association—Copyright Received 15, 12.40 a.m. London, May 14. Dr. Donald, a Now Zealander, has been charged with steling .the jewellery of a lady occupying a flat above his. The woman said that she saw a hand inserted through an open window and abstract the jewellery from a table. Dr. Donald stated that he heard a woman scream and rushed to her assistance. The lady accused ,him of theft, and he was arrested. The Magistrate, in acquitting Donald, expressed sympathy with him.
