A CHANCE FOR THE BOYS. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Sydney, May 13. The Federal Government has decided to inaugurate in the Australian Navy a scheme of promotion from the lower deck, provided the British Admiralty concurs. It is considered that this will have an important effect in inducing boys to join the navy.
