COUNT MATTERNICH RESIGNS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Berlin, May 9. Count Matternich's resignation has been accepted. It was tendered in 1911, but postponed for various reasons, including the coronation of King George. The Count was German Ambassador in London.
