A REBEL VICTORY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 9, 12.30 a.m. Teheran, May 8. A rebel victory at Kurdistan resulted in Persian Cossacks and most of the infantry deserting. Prince Firman Pirma, Governor of Hamadan, had his guns and ammunition captured. The Government is sending reinforcements.
