CHURCH UNION
MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING WANTED By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Sydney. May 8. The Rev. Mr. Morgan has been elected Moderator of the Presbyterian General Assembly. In his inaugural address, referring to the union of the churches, he asked: Was it to be a corporate union or not? On such a question he had no clear vision, and must seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Union did not necessarily mean the welding of existing denominations and imbuing them with the same spirit and aim. Let them establish a mutual understand, and they would have a most efficient union already made.
