THE SYDNEY HOLD-UP. By Telegraph—Press Association. Oamaru, Yesterday. This morning a deputation waited on the Prime Minister in reference to the admission of New Zealand potatoes into Australia. His reply was full of sympathy, the Minister saying that he would communicate with the Commonwealth Government, and, in addition, arrange to have the Government graders at the various ports registered for the purposes of the Act. The necessary Order-in-Council would he gazetted in a few days.
