THE NINTH REGIMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. Nearly 300 of the Oth Regiment of the Wellington West Coast Mounted Rifles, under Lieut.-Col. Sandtmann, drawn from the districts south of Napier, left this afternoon for Tutira, where they will go into camp for ten days training. They will be joined to-morrow by about 200 from Wairoa and Gisborne districts.
