NO MORE MINISTERS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Monday. Asked if he would support the Prime. Minister's proposal to increase the number of Ministers, Mr. Massey replied in the negative. He thought there were sufficient to direct the policy of the different departments. The real work was done by the permanent heads.
