An irade has been issued authorising the expulsion of Italian notables, as a retaliation for the bombardment of the Dardanelles. CORN TRADE INTERRUPTED. St. Petersburg, April 28. Ten million poods of corn are being held up at Postovodon, owing to the Dardanelles being closed. A conference of corn dealers resolved to raise the question of damages.
