HOMING.
EAST END FLYING CLUB. Two races were got off last week under the auspices of the New Plymouth East Flying Club. The birds were liberated from Aramoho. In the race for late-bred birds wearing 1911-12 rings, 32 birds were nominated, representing 10 lofts. The first birds fro "home" were* — II"; Moverley's "Patience," 2hrs 18min,'l: W. Kisby s "All Red," 2hrs 18min 50 3 ec, ri . Scmener's "No-License," 2hrs 19min, 3; F. James* "Twenty," 2hrs 19min lOsec, 4. Each member sent three birds in the teams race. Thirteen lofts were represented, and the conditions were that three birds had to he timed in. Ihe result found more than one member awaiting the. arrival of the third bird as . onl y Olte team "homed" t'o< gether, it proved an easy victory, the result_ being:—W. Kisby's team, 2hrs 44mm 1; D.
