ACCLIMATISATION LICENSES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Rotorua, Last Night. _ When in Auckland the local Acclimatisation Society urged on the Minister of the Interior that the societies should be authorised to issue licenses a» well as postmasters. The Hon. G. W. Russell, having; ascertained that there is no legal difficulty in the way, has issued an instruction that every society applying shall be authorised to sell licenses, in addition to their being procurable at post offices.
