New York, April 22. It is reported from Galveston, Texas, that the Mallory Line steamer Denver collided witli the steamer Elsud. The latter was obliged to run ashore, but the Denver managed to reach port in a badly damaged condition. No lives were lost. THE OCEAN'S WEALTH. London, April 22. Of the bullion lost in the wreck of the Oceana, over £400.000 worth has been recovered out of the £1,000,000 worth she carried.
