By Telegraph—Press Association. Masterton.—Mr. J. M. Coradine, the sitting Mayor, and Mr. T. Hoar, until recently a councillor, have been nominated for the mayoralty. Nelson.—Mr. T. A. H. Field, the retiring Mayor of the city, has been re-elected unopposed. Christchurch.— Mr. J. J. Dougall (the present Mayor), Dr. Thacker and iMr. H. Holland'(Labor). Woolston.—Air. McGregor Wright was re-elected unopposed. Lyttelton.—Mr. J. Miller (the present Mayor) and Councillor W. T. Lester. Spreydon.—iMr. \V. R. Gahagan and Mr. G. R. Whiting (Labor). Pahiatua.—■ Mr. W. W. McCardley, reelected unopposed.

Levin.—Messrs. B. R. Gardiner and Charles Blenkhorn have been nominated lor the Mayoralty. iMr. Garden is the present Mayor. Dannevirke.—'Mr. E. A. Ranson, reelected unoppostd for the third term. Eltham—Councillor T. B. Crump (present deputy-Mayor) re-elected unopposed. Dunedin.—Councillor John Wilson for the City, and 'Mr. Solomon K.C.. for Mornington. Mr. Inglis for Mosgitl, and .Mr. Moeller for West Harbor, were elected 'Mayors unopposed. 'Napier.—Mr. J. V. Brown, M.P., has been elected unopposed for his sixth term as Mayor of Napier. Hawera.—Messrs. A. W. Gillies and H. K. Whittington liave been nominated for the Mayoralty. Mr. Whittington is the present Mayor. Palmerston North.—The Mayoralty nominations are Messrs. J. A. Nash (present .Mayor) and F. J. Nathan. For the vacant seat on the Council, caused by the resignation of Mr. Nathan, M*ssrs. H. AVoollerman, 11. M. Haycock. C. S. Pickering, F. J. Tasker and A. Seiferfc. have been nominated. Carterton.—Mr. Frank A. Feist has been re-elected unopposed. 'Blenheim.—<For the Mayoralty Councillors J. J. Corry. J. J. White and C. J. W. Griffiths have been nominated. Mr. Penny, the retiring Mayor, declined nomination. Timaru —Messrs. T. Hawkey and W. H. Hunt have been nominated for the Mayoralty. Gore.—Air. Dugald Popewell (present Mayor) and Mr. David McDougall have been nominated for the Mayoralty. Hokitika.—The following have beeh re-elected unopposed: Hokitika, Mr. G. Perry; Ross, Mr. T. Bruce; Kumara, Mr. J. Murdoch. Whangarei.—Mr. T. Stedman has been re-elected unopposed. Gisborne.—Mr. William Pettie has ibeen re-elected unopposed. Thames.—Mr. Henry Lowe has been re-elected Mayor.
