IRRESPONSIBLE STATEMENTS. ENGINEMEN RESUMING WORK. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, April 14. The miners at Leigh, Lancashire, entertained the soldiers rnt to maintain order. The soldiers to-u.-.y marched to church, headed by the Leigh naval and army veterans and a band. Two hundred enginemen at Bargold have resumed work. The enginemen at Cwyman colliery, Aberdare, are resuming work to-morrow. The district committee of the Transport Workers' Federation and the executive of the Dockers' lutions denouncing— -rrresponsible state-ment|_j)i-We' possibility of a general -*frtke of transport workers early in the summer, and added that they did not intend to discuss the question.
