There was fine weather for the coi eluding day of the Australian Jocke; Club's meeting. The attendance was ver large. Trafalgar's victory in the A.J.G Plate was the signal for a tremendou ovation. Following are the details o the racing:— Rous Handicap, of 500 sovs.; one mil and three furlongs.—Barlow, 8.1, 1 Ocean Blue, 8.7, 2; N.S.W., 8.0, 3. Nim horses started. Woolerina made tin running to the turn, but Barlow am Ocean Blue were first into the straight and in a great finish Barlow won by ; neck, with N.S.W. six lengths behind Time, 2min. 25y»sec. Place Handicap, of 500 sovs.; one mih and a half—Gunbo'at, 8.8, 1; Odist, 6.7. 2; True Speck, 7.8, 3. Eleven horse started. Alibi, followed by Odist, con ducted the field for a mile and a quartei where Odist took command and led i bunched fieQd into the straight. Gun boat shot 'out opposite the Leger stand finishing in great form, and won b; four lengths, with a length betweei second and third. Time, 2min. 35% sec. Second Steeplechase, of 400 sovs.; abou three miles.—Confide, 11.10, 1; Nigel 12.2, 2. Five horses started. King fel at the stone-wall, Hautapu (after leading twice round) fell at the log-fence, an( Seldom fell at the back. Won by a neel and a half, Time, 7min. 4%se<s» A.J.C. Plate, of 10 sovs. each, witl 1500 sovs. added; three miles.—Trafal gar, 9.5, 1; Aurofodina, 9.0, 2; Cadonia 9.0, 3. Prizefighter and Eyeglass als< started. Trafalgar was the first to move followed by Aurofodina, Prizefighter Eyeglass and Cadonia, a length separat ing them. The same order was maintain ed to the turn, where Cadonia was run ning third. Going round the second tim Cadonia dropped back last, otherwise th order was unchanged. The pace was < cracker throughout. Trafalgar led inti the straight from Aurofodina and ! Ca donia, and won comfortably by twi lengths. There was a great race fo. second place, a neck separating Auro fodina and Cadonia. Prizefighter was last. Time, smin. 29% sec. Second Nursery Handicap, of 500 sovs.; six furlongs.—Leta, 7.7, 1; Aurifer, 8.4, 2; Former, 7.0, 3. Nine horses started. Aurifer made most of the running and led well into the straight, but in a hot finish was defeated by a neck, Former being beaten by three-quarters of a length. Time, lniin. 15% sec.

Final Handicap, of 500 sovs.; one mile and a quarter.—ldyia, 6.9, 1; Bright Laddie, CO, 2; Crown Thistle, 8.2, 3. Twelve horses started. Won by half a length, with a similar distance between second and third. Time, 2min. lOi^sec. Gunboat, who won the Place Handicap at the Australian Jockey Club's meeting on Saturday, was bred and raced in New Zealand, prior to being sold to an Australian buyer. He is by Calibre, out of j Ripple, and was bred by, Mr. John Grigg, of Longbeach, in whose colors he raced' with indifferent success. I

At the yearling sales a Malster-Satire colt sold for G7sgns to a New Zealand buyer; Mr. Lowry bought a GraftonLangre] filly for 130gne., a Royal Artil-lery-Quietest colt for 120gns., a Royal Artillery-Lady Rylstone colt for 160gns. and a Royal Artillery-Pigeon colt for°l3s gns.; Mr. Campbell bought a Sir Tris-i tram-La Valetta coJt for 125gns.; and Mr W.
