STOLYPIN'S DEATH.
A DAMNING INDimr^XT. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright St. Petersburg, April 12. The report of the enquiry into M. Stolypin's death was submitted to the Czar, and contains a, damning indictment against General Kurloff and Colonels Spridoviteh, Kubliako, and Verigin, leaders of the secret police. Many thousands of pounds of the secret service fund have been misappropriated, wherewith Kurloff was charged. The report does not specifically charge the leaders with complicity in the murder, but their relations with Bogroff are sinister.
