VISITING AUOKLANDERS. Favored with ideal weather, bowling had a "day in" at New Plymouth yes- ] terday. A contingent of Auckland bowlers arrived in the morning, and in the , alteraoon indulged in a match with the New Plymouth Club, being defeated by 121 points to 73. Eltham bowlers are also on a visit to New Plymouth. Yesterday they were defeated by West End by 95 points to 74. Two matches were played by the team of Fitzroy bowlers who journeyed out to Inglewood. In the morning match Fitzroy proved superior by 128 points to US, but in the afternon they went under to the tune of 177 points to 114. The results of the various matches are as follows: ADCKLAND v. On Monday afternoon they will play the' concluding match of the tour against New Plymouth Club on the local green. The Wanganui contingent arrived by the mail train last night. This morning they will play the New Plymouth Club, and in the afternoon Fitzroy. The following members will represent Fitzroy Club against Waitara on Easter Monday afternoon on the Fitzroy green: T.
