A RISE IN PRICE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A rise in the price of coal is probable at an early date, owing to the increased coat of handling in the mines, on ships, and at the wlia'rves. Large consumers will have to pay sixpence to one shilling per ton more,, and householders from a shilling to eighteenpence.
