VISITING TEAMS. i A visiting team of bowlers from Auck- V iand will arrive at New Plymouth on | Friday next. The same day they will j be taken by the New Plymouth Bowling [ Club for a drive to the oilfields anid > other places of interest. In the afternoon the Aucklanders will meet their 1 hosts in competition on the New Plymouth Club's green. Thereafter their programme will be as follows: Saturday morning, against West End; Saturday afternoon, against Inglewood, at 1 Inglewood; Monday morning, against Fitzroy, at the Fitzroy green; Monday afternoon, final match, against New Plymouth, on the local green. The Wanganui contingent will arrive by the mail train on Friday night, playing the New Plymouth Club on Saturday morning, and the Fitzroy Club in the afternoon. Opportunity will be taken by the New Plymouth Club to take both the Auckland and Wanganui players for a drive to the Mountain. The secretary of the New Plymouth Bowling Club wishes all local bowlers who intend making the ! trip to hand in their names by next | Wednesday.
