CORRESPONDENCE.
REV. MR. CHAPMAN.
To the Editor. Sir,—Your correspondent, "Inglewood," wonders if the Eev. Mr. Cliapman has read a certain chapter in the Holy Bible. Well. I can inform your correspondent that I have heard the rev. gentleman discoursing on the same subject. I may just slate that I have no desire, and I do not intend, to enter into any religious controversy in connection with the.Bible, but with your usual kind permission I should like to ask your correspondent if he himself has read the thirty-first chapter of the book of Moses, commonly called the "Book of Numbers," more particularly the. I7th and IStli verses, also verses It, 10 and 11.—I am, etc., JAMES McPLENKE. Inglevrood, 26/3/12.
