The motions are as under:— I WATER CHARGES. His Worship the Mayor will move: That in view of the fact that the whole of the borough water supply at present available is required for the reticulation of the extended area of the borough, the council resolves: (1) That no further connections be ] made to the water mains outsids the borough boundaries. (2) That three months' notice be given to all consumers outside the borough boundaries terminat-1 ing the present agreement for water supply. (3) That after the expiration of the three months' notice above referred to, the charge for water outside the borough for domestic purposes be 2s 8d in the £1 on the annual value of the property to which water is supplied, the j supply to be for domestic purposes only, and no extraordinary supplies to be p> v.nitted, and that the Bye-LawsCt.. unittee be directed to take immediate steps to have the bye-law amended accordingly. EXTRAORDINARY TRAFFIC. Councillor Man nix will move: — That the borough solicitors be instructed to immediately frame bye-laws dealing with extraordinary traffic, including a charge of Is per cubic yard for metal carted over the borough streets. ELECTRIC LIGHT CHARGES. Councillor Clarke will move:—■ That as from May 1 next the charges for electric lighting and heating be [ 'as follows: Lighting inside the borough, 9d, with a discount of 3d. Outside the borough, 9d, with a discount of Id. : Heating inside the borough, 4d, with 1 a discount of 2d. Outside the borough, 4d, with a dis- • , count of Id.
