THE MISSING TRAWLER. By Telegraph—Press Awociation. WELLINGTON, March 26. The steam trawler Energy, concerning the safety of which there has been some anxiety, returned to Wellington this morning with a large cargo of fish. The captain reports that the vessel was never in trouble. Bad weather compelled him to run into Queen Charlotte Sound on I Saturday morning, but he returned to Coffk Strait the same afternoon, and re- • mained there until last night. : THE PHARMACY BOARD. ; Wellington, March 26. : The biennial conference of the Pharmacy Board is being held in Wellington. It has been decided to make represents-' tions with a view to securing the exemption of chemists from service on juries. To-morrow the Board will confer with, the Health Department on the proposed Poison Bill, also on the pure food and drug regulations. GISBORNE HARBOR REORGANISATION. Gisbome, March 20. The Harbour Board adopted the; recommendation from the new engineer reorganising the staff and dispensing with the services of the assistant harbourmaster and wharfinger. ALLEGED THEFT. Gisborne, March 26. Thomas Hall was committed for trial in connection with an alleged theft of jewellery at Rakauroa. A BICYCLE THIEF. Napier, March 96. A youth named James Harold Dodds pleaded guilty to stealing three bicvcles, and was committed to Invercargill Reformatory for six months.
