THE NEW PREMIER
TO BE SWORN IN TO-DAY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Might. The Prime Minister (Sir Joseph Ward) anticipates that he will be able to hand his resignation to the Governor to-mor-row, and then the Hon. T. Mackenzie will be sent for and be sworn in with his new Cabinet. Sir J' seph Ward declines at present* to_ discuss his future plans, but will niake'a statement to the Press on Tuesday evening if the new Ministry takes office to-morrow.
