A case arising .out of the strike was heard to-day, when Munro, organiser of the Australian Workers' Union was charged with attempting to procure persons to do grievous bodily harm to nonunionists, and also with publishing seditious matter. It was stated that he urged the strikers to see that non-unionists met with accidents. He was found guilty of sedition and sentenced to six months" imprisonment. THE EMBARGO ON LITHGOW IRON. Sydney, March 22. The executive of the Labour Council recommended to a meeting that the embargo on iron produced by non-unionists at Lithgow should be lifted. It reported that terms of settlement rejected by the men are the best obtainable, and should have been accepted. After discussion, the matter was adjourned for a week.
