OPENING OF SOUTH AUSTRALIAN PARLIAMENT. Received March 21, 12.45 a.m. Adelaide, March 20. The South Australian Parliament has opened. Mr. O'Loughlin was appointed Speaker. The Governor's speech was purely formal. The Appropriation Bill passed all stages. It was the same Bill that was rejected last session, except that the items relating to brickworks, and timber yards, were omitted.
