GISBORNE SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Tuesday. In the Supreme Court, the Chief justice suspended the discharge from bankruptcy of Vivian Edgar Currie for three months on the ground of reckless trading. / . : MASTERTOX SESSIONS. Masterton, Last Night. The criminal sessions of the Supreme Court opened here to-day, before Judge Edwards. Onlv two cases were on the calendar. Arthur Boyd was fined £lO, in default twelve months', for forging and uttering a cheque for £lO, to which charge he pleaded guilty. Horace Carter pleaded not guilty to a charge of appropriating moneys of his employer. , The hearing of evidence in this case was not completed when the Court adjourned until to-morrow.
