Arthur Boyd was fined £lO, in default twelve months', for forging and uttering a cheque for £lO, to which charge he pleaded guilty. Horace Carter pleaded not guilty to a charge of appropriating moneys of his employer. , The hearing of evidence in this case was not completed when the Court adjourned until to-morrow.
