The solicitor representing claimants to the Page millions has received advice from London thnt the Master of Equity has struck out J. H. Morris's claim as being frivolous and vexatious and disclosing no reasonable cause of action. Mr. Morris was one of three claimants who were backed by an Australian syndicate with a capital of £IO.OOO.
