IMPERIAL TREASURER RESIGNS. By Cable— Press Asaotiatron—Capyriffkt. Berlin, March 17. Heir Wermuth, the Treasurer, has resigned owing to the Government financing the Armaments Bill by means of anticipated surpluses of existing taxation, instead of re-introducing the inheritance tax. Herr Kuehn succeeds him.
