SUPREME COURT.
GISBORNE SESSIONS'. By Telegraph--Press Association. Gisborne, Last Night. At the Supreme Court James Patterson was found guilty of cattle stealing and remanded to-morrow for sentence. Mabel Meredith des Barres petitioned for divorce against Frederick Stuart des Barres on the grounds of desertion and misconduct. A decree nisi to be made absolute in three months was granted, petitioner to have custody of the children.
