BUTTER FROM WHEY. By Telejraph—Preis AuociAtioa. Eketahuna, Wednesday. Mr. Cuddie gave an address at Nireaha last night on the separation of whey for butter-making. At the conclusion the shareholders at the meeting decided to instal the necessary plant. CIVIL SERVICE CLASSIFICATION. Wellington, Wednesday. About 500 objections have been received by the Classification Board to the provisional classification list prepared by the Board. It is expected that before Friday (the last day on which objections will be received) many more will be sent in.
