To the Editor. Sir, Your report of the meeting of the Waitara Harbor Board gives, inadvertently, a rather erroneous impression of the proceedings, inasmuch as the letter, from the shipping people was considered early in the evening, before my resolution, which was the last business to eonie before the Board for, shall I say, discussion.
