It is semi-officially stated that Russia has asked Italy on what terms she is prepared to make peace, with a view to the five great Powers taking such' steps as they consider opportune with Turkey. AN ITALIAN ADVANCE. Rome, February 28. The Italians at Horns occupied the Gergheb heights, losing eleven killed and 82 wounded. The Turkish and Arab losses were heavy.
