SCENE IN HOUSE OF COMMONS. London, February 26. A man who was seated in the central hall of the House of Commons fired a revolver, but did no serious damage. He was seized and stated that his reason was that the Government is suppressing Tolstoi's teaching of the Messiah. The revolver was fully loaded with ball cartridge.
