A man named Harvey has been arrested at Pittswortti and charged with having killed his hut mate, Beham, as the result of a quarrel. DUPLICATION OF MAIN LINES. _ Sydney, February 26. Speaking at Eastwood, Mr. McGowen announced that he intended to push on the duplication of the main railway lines. Two millions were earmarked for the purpose. BROKEN HILL HOTELS CLOSED. _ , Sydney, February 26. * Hotels at Broken Hill, excepting four hotels and three workmen's clubs, which are paying the union log for hotels, hare been closed, excepting one bar, which the proprietors manage.
