England's challenge is already in, and it is just possible France may be represented. PROPOSED YISIT FROM ENGLAND. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The (management committee of the Lawn Tennis Association met to-night. Communication wa« received from the Australasian Association, etating that the association was prepared to offer a guarantee of £4OO for an eight weeks' visit of the English team, proposed to be brought out by Mr. Wallace Myers. The team would include Meisrs. Lowe, Dixon, and Beamish. In the event of the team coming, the local association agreed to secure guarantees up to £l5O and half net profits for four weeks' extension of the trip to New .Zealand. Mr. Barry Keesing was appointed delegate to act on the Olympic Committee, and A. F. Wilding was nominated as the New Zealand representative at the 1912 Olympiad.
