Arbitration Court proceedings wore resumed, and Mr. Justice Higgins reserved judgment. AX EXTRAORDINARY IDEA. Brisbane, February 23. Mr. Coyne announced that a medal was being struck to commemorate the strike. All would be proud to wear it, and hand it down to their children.
