EX-MINISTER'S CAMPAIGN. By Cable—Press Association—Copvright. Received 20, 11.30 p.m. \ Ottawa, February 20. Mr. Graham, Minister of Railways in the late Laurier Cabinet, who was defeated at the elections, is now seeking re-election in South Renfrew. Sir Wilfrid Laurier is assisting in the campaign, but refrained from criticising the Government, which has promised its aid to some of Sir Wilfrid's projects, notably the construction of the Georgian' Bay Canal.
