THE N.S.W. TROUBLE. By OaWe—¥reas Association—Ojynght. Received 19, 10 p.m. Sydney, February 19.

Cabinet, at a lengthy meeting, discussed the trouble between Mr. Speaker Willis and Mr. Robinson, head of the Hansard staff. When the Assembly met, Mr. McGowen, Premier, in reply to Mr. Wade, Leader of the Opposition, said the Government, acting on the Royal Commissioner's report, had retired Mr. Robinson.

Mr. Wade moved that the action of the Government in supporting Mr Speaker Willis' suspension of Mr. Robinson and fining certain members of the Parliamentary messengers staff, together with the action of the Government in dismissing Mr. Robinson, was deserving of great censure. The motion will come before the House to-morrow.
