Mr. Woodrow Wilson, Governor of New Jersey, has opened his campaign for the Democratic nomination for the Presidency.

In his address lie said that the country's business had nothing to fear from progressive policies for public affairs. That the present Republican Party ■prang from Abraham Lincoln was a mysterious dispensation of Providence. At present economic affairs were disorganised, and the Republicans could not proceed with a sound progressive policy, which was the only hope of curing present ills.

Th» Missouri Democrats have decided to support Mr. Champ Clark for the Democratic nomination for the Presidency.
