D; Wilson, £l3 ,9s 64 and costs £1 10s 6d; A. Jones and Co. v. W. McGregor, £4 'l3s 9d and costs Wm. liowe v. Thomas Wipiti, 5s 9d and costs 18s; Sargood, Son and Ewen, Ltd., v. E. Hume, £146 14s Id and costs £7; Helen Hughes v. Albert E. Schwinghammer, £2 15s and costs 10s. . ; In the judgment summons case of Westport Coal Company v. James Neilson, defendant, who made no appearance, was ordered to pay the amount due, ( £9 12s lid) on or before February 20, 1912, or in default undergo 10 days' imprison-, ment. Mr. Hutchen appeared for the plaintiff firm, In four other cases adjournments were granted.
