A STEAMER ON FIRE. Perth, February 12. The steamer Etelwolf has returned to Fremantle with a fire raging in the bunkers, which has been burning for several days. The damage is serious.
JOURNALISTS' ASSOCIATION. Sydney, February 12. The first conference of the Australian Journalists' Association has opened. It was decided to remove the headquarters and central committee from MelKourie, to Sydney. Mr. McGowen welcomed the delegates.
A LUNATIC AT LARGE. Sydney, February 12. Charles McDonald, a dangerous criminal lunatic, escaped from the Parramatta Asylum, and is still at large.
