In order to procure more accurate information on diplomatic problems affecting Northern and Central South America, Mr. Secretary Knox intends to make a five weeks' trip in the Span-ish-American republics bordering on the Caribbean Sea.
It is reported that he will also attempt to settle pressing questions in Cuba.
