King Alfonso received an ovation while touring in the flooded districts of Andalusia.
Gloods at Seville have rendered fifteen thousand men idle, and much merchandise has been destroyed. At Huelva torrential rains continue. Eighteen hundred square miles between Cordova and the sea are flooded.

The Tagus has risen sixty feet in some places. The wine stores at Villa Franca were flooded, and the barrels have floated to the sea. The damage at Villa Franca is £200,000, and' the damage to the riverside districts exceeds £2,250,000.
One hundred and fifty ' have been drowned in various places, and thousands of barrels of wine and standing crops have been destroyed at Cadiz, where the sea tore up three miles of railway.
