AVernher & Beit have been completed. SYDNEY-'FRISCO SERVICE. Received 8, 1 a.m. Sydney, February 7. The representative of the Oceanic Steamship Company has received advices definitely announcing that the SydneySan Francisco mail service would be resumed at an early date. Probably the first steamer will sail in June.
