SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The twenty-second annual session of the New Zealand Conference of Seventh Day Adventists was well attended. At the formal opening the president, Pastor J. Pallant was supported by Pastor J. E. Fulton, president of the' Australasian Union Conference. The president, in his address, emphasised the satisfactory character of reports of different departments. Aggressive work had been done in Wellington, Christchurch and other places, and encouraging results had been seen. The usual standing committees were appointed. The balance-sheets of the conference, the Christchurch Sanitorium, Piikekura School, Tract Society and Health Food Committee, wore presented. At the afternoon and evening meetings plans and recommendations eubmitted by the standing committees wen; adopted. . / A MAORI RORERO. Auckland, Midnight. The native meeting at lluntlv is still proceeding. A great deal of discussion has taken place regarding the grievances of the Maoris, and steps to be taken to redress them, but no decision has yet been arrived at. It is probable that a' decision may be arrived at tQ-mOrrow.
