By Cable—Press Association—Copyright I Received 31, 1:15 a.m. Sydney, January 30., The report of the Royal 'Commission which enquired into tlie trouble between Mr. Speaker Willis and Mr. Robinson, head of the Hansard staff, finds that Mr/ Willis acted within his powers and had gdod grounds for suspending Robinson for insubordination in connection with certain letters he wrote to Mr. Willis. The report points out that Mr. Robinson labored under an erroneous conclusion, and was denied under the new Parliamentary regulations an opportunity of putting himself fully right with the Speaker.
