The Orangemen's annual picnic decided to cable to Sir Edward Carson, pledging their moral and material support, and saying that the majority of Australians will fight against Home Ruie, adding, "Hold fast, brave Ulster! No su?render!"
A CANADIAN OPINION. Received 31. 1.30 a.m. Ottawa,' January 39. Mr. Patrick White. M.P. for Charlestown, declared that the Irish Parliament would require full power to levy taxation and control Customs and excise.
